    Qualifications:

    Candidates must have at least Bachelor's / College Degree.
    The job requires both Male and Female applicants.
    Minimum of 10 years working experience is required for this position.
    Applicants must be 30 to 55 years old

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. To manage activities undertaken on behalf of Oman Air in the specified station relating to airport, for both passenger handling baggage and cargo handling. The principal objective of this activity is to provide a safe and an efficient operation projecting a good image of Oman Air as a high quality and a professional airline.

    2. To create annual station budget covering all costs relating to the allotted station and operational activities of Oman Air, with necessary justification.

    3. To plan and control all airport activities, including allocating staff according to Oman Air schedules and operations, and assigning duties and responsibilities to the staff.

    4. To ensure that the services provided are those outlined in our Service Level Agreement.

    5. To represent Oman Air at all levels at industry meeting associated with the airport including AOC and meetings with local and governmental bodies and departments.

    6. To liaise closely with all head office functions as they relate to activities undertaken in the territory, including commercial, customer service, flight operation, engineering, catering, cargo, finance, purchasing, personnel and training.

    7. To ensure all administrative procedures are adhered to, and all necessary documentation is processed and maintained in an orderly fashion.

    8. To regularly attend flight arrivals and departures and support airport staff in resolving operational difficulties.
    9. To compete a monthly station report and submit to head office, detailing all relevant information relating to airport performance, customer service delivery standards, staff performance, handling performance and other matters requiring attention with suggestions / recommendation for action where necessary.
