Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least Vocational DiplomA.
The job requires both Male and Female applicants.
Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position.
Applicants must be 23 to 32 years old
Troubleshoot with customer and solve internet, landline, IP-TV and mobile problems (For Etisalat Customers)
Troubleshoot with the customer network problems, windows problems, router configurations, IP-TV problems, I-phone and blackberry software issues and inquiries.
Use applications to analyze the case.
Covering billing dept.
Be the link between the customer and various departments.
Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of available tools.
Educate the customers about new or additional services and educate the customer how to use it in best way.
Knowledgeable of customer needs and how to satiate it.
Handling billing complains and inquiries.
Cross selling to the customer according to his usage for the different services.
SKILLS:
Good communication skills specifically in English language
Good costumer sercvice background especially with VIP
Internet troubleshooting background or IT work or any ISPexperience
Preferrably with call center experience
Iphone and Blackberry knowledge is preferred
