QUALIFICATON:

• Ph.D. in the appropriate specialization (Computer Science / Information Systems / relevant areas)
Or
• Master of specialization appropriate +6 years of work experience
Or
• Bachelor of specialization appropriate +9 years work experience

• Minimum 8 years working experience in Enterprise Application Development
• 2-3 years working experience in healthcare domain
• Fluent in all aspects of Application Architecture, UML Modeling, and Application Development.
• Ability to lead large technical teams with strong management skills
• Experience in the Management of Large Scale JEE Health Care projects in WAN environments
• Solid real-time OOAD and Documentation Skills (Use cases, Class diagrams, Collaboration diagrams, Component diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Deployment Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, etc.,). RUP is great.
• Proven experience in Java and JEE technologies with the ability to architect end to end solutions (presentation, mid-tier, database, security, server) with J2EE technology using open source and commercial tools and application servers.
• Very strong experience in designing multi-tier application system using Core JEE and Java Patterns and expertise in building reusable and loosely coupled application components
• Proven experience in layered web applications using MVC and Dependency Injection frameworks
• Experience with cross-platform and cross-database projects
• String experience leading design, development and deployment of complex, high-transactional J2EE-compliant enterprise software products (JSP, Servlets, EJB, JMS, JDBC, JDO, JNDI, XML, XSL, Struts, JSF, Hibernate O-R Mapping, Spring Framework) and EAI technologies (SOAP, XML, Web Services, SOA, BPEL).
• Experience in large scale N-Tier enterprise applications deployments with Clustered and Mission-Critical Application and Database Environments
• Technical Experience in deployment of Large Application system with hundreds of concurrent users
• Provable experience in using Application Testing Tools and Methodologies
• Experience with handling complex concurrency, performance and scalability issues.
• Provable working Experience with leading application servers (Oracle Weblogic, IBM Websphere, RedHat JBoss etc.) is a must.
• Strong working Experience in popular JEE IDEs (Eclipse, NetBeans, JDeveloper etc.) is a must
• Experience with integration, message brokering, workflow and process management is also required.
• In-depth knowledge in health data security, confidentiality standards and medico-legal requirements is a must
