QUALIFICATION:

• Ph.D. in the appropriate specialization (Computer Science / Information Systems / relevant areas)
Or
• Master of specialization appropriate +6 years of work experience
Or
• Bachelor of specialization appropriate +9 years work experience

• Minimum 8 years working experience in Database Administration
• 2-3 years working experience in healthcare domain
• 7-8 years of expertise in Oracle Database Administration in all aspects of administration jobs and solid experience in Database versions 8i through 11g.
• 3-4 years’ experience in oracle 9i/10g/11g real application clusters administration
• 3-4 solid experience in active-passive clustering technologies like windows cluster server and oracle failsafe, RedHat cluster manager etc.
• 3-4 years experience in configuring and managing oracle data guard environments (physical and logical standby databases in guaranteed, instant, rapid and delayed protection modes)
• 4-5 years experience in backup and recovery using RMAN and OS methods
• Solid experience in multi-master and materialized view replication, distributed databases, etc
• Sound experience in large scale data movement, migration, and rolling-out with online and offline data movements (oracle data pumps, streams, transportable tablespaces, SQL* Loader, import, export, external tables)
• Good experience in database tuning, storage and space management, users, security, profile, and resource management etc.
• Experience with handling complex concurrency, performance, scalability, and Internationalization issues.
• Provable Working Experience in the Administration of Very Large Databases
