JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Prepares, cuts, and sells fresh fish and seafood, while maintaining hygiene standards and assisting customers with their purchases
-Display fish attractively, serve customers, answer questions about products, and provide advice on selection, storage, and cooking.
-Monitor and manage stock levels, place orders to avoid shortages, and ensure products are kept at the correct temperatures for freshness.
